Ready to ED

Ready To ED

Welcome to Ready to ED! This 4-week skills-intensive virtual training program is designed to systematically address the lack of equal representation of those who identify as women, LGBTQ, BIPOC or neurodivergent in executive leadership positions across the progressive advocacy community in Michigan.

Ready to ED will prepare people who currently occupy mid-level positions within progressive, non-profit advocacy organizations, and others interested in future career advancement into executive roles. Expert facilitators, with an intentional focus on practitioners and role models of color, will serve as trainers.
