Ready To Ascend

We’ve updated our Ready to Ascend program for the Fall of 2023! This is a skills-intensive professional development training program designed to prepare those who identify as women, LGBTQ, BIPOC or neurodivergent who currently occupy non-management level positions within non-profit progressive advocacy and human service organizations, for future career advancement into leadership roles.

Schedule and Content

Ready To Ascend will take place on virtually on Thursday evenings beginning October 26, 2023. The program will run from 6 -8 PM and last for four weeks concluding on November 16, 2023.

Topics covered may include resume building, interviewing, and negotiating terms of employment. Best practices for managing a team, coalition building, equity and inclusion. Strategic planning and communications, SWOT analysis.
